Position Description:

Starlight Enterprises is currently looking for a Chief Executive Officer.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree (Preferred), Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field or at least 4 years of full-time equivalent paid work experience as a Supervisor of Programs or services for individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities, experience in human services fields with leadership, supervisory & administrative roles with specific skills in strategic planning, public relations, fiscal management, program development & leading teams.
Experience in business, non-profit sector and intellectual & developmental disabilities community.
Experience working in an organization receiving Local, State & Federal funding.
Knowledge of legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
Must submit to and pass applicable background checks and drug screen; must have or be eligible for a valid Ohio's driver license from Ohio BMV; current first aid and CPR certification (preferred).
Meets Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities Home and Community Based Service Provider Certification Provider Requirements contained in Ohio Administrative Code 5123:2-2.01(D).
