We will be hosting our first Business Operations Committee Meeting on Wednesday, March 18th from 10am - 12pm.
The new Committee will combine HR staples like employment law and rule updates, recruitment and retention efforts, and policy sharing with marketing best practices with new topics that expand into general business operation and finance topics.
The Committee will include guest presentations from various operational experts, software vendors, and idea sharing from your fellow OPRA members. Our intent with this committee is stick to global business operations and business acumen topics. While we may occasionally discuss service-specific operational issues, they will not be the primary focus of the committee.
This committee is intended for any provider staff in administrative roles.
