Please join OPRA for an upcoming in-person learning opportunity focused on strengthening integrity, accountability, and operational excellence across our organizations.
This session will bring together state agency partners and experts in DD operations and internal controls for a practical, grounded conversation about how we protect resources, strengthen business practices, and build systems that support quality and trust.
We’ll move beyond compliance for compliance’s sake and focus on what it really looks like to:
- Build strong, reliable internal systems
- Reduce risk and vulnerability
- Support transparency and accountability
- Strengthen day-to-day business practices
This learning session is designed for leaders and business/finance staff who want to ensure their organizations are well-positioned in an increasingly complex environment.
