Think Like a Surveyor: Building Quality Every Day
Survey readiness begins long before the survey team walks through the door. Every interaction, every quarterly review, every program update, and every observation contribute to the story of quality within your organization. Together, we'll examine how surveyors evaluate active treatment, person-centered planning, documentation, program implementation, and QIDP oversight through the lens of evidence, consistency, and outcomes.
